Stopped in with elderly Mom on a Saturday (in July - school's out) for an early lunch - we had a http://restaurants.com coupon. Glad to find another local place that we can go - they have a diverse menu with plenty of things that she likes.

We had lunch, but apparently there is a $5 breakfast buffet on Sat and Sun - I'd like to come back to try that. I did take advantage of the $5 Stoli Bloody Mary bar - yum.

The food was what you'd expect for sportsbar fare. Mom's pulled pork sandwich was good, the fries were AWESOME. My salad was good. The service was friendly and the to-go container was a cardboard box instead of styrofoam - BRAVO!

I have always been a fan of Champs. You absolutely cannot go wrong with their happy hour. There is a huge selection of appetizers that are the size of a large meal and tons of beverages. There is an upscale vibe and frankly you can pay just as much at a complete dive. I love the ambiance here- comfortable bar stools, plenty of flat screen tvs, awesome bar. Just a great place for happy hour or a drink before the game and a fun place to spend time with friends.

decided to take a pit stop with some riders (motorcycle) and they let us park around the fountain in the very front. i thought that was nice. they serve food here, but we got there between the end of happy hour and before the evening venue(club). it got packed pretty fast. it was a a pleasantly dressed crowed. i'd like to go again dressed up instead of jeans and riding gear. lol. the beer was right on...

I'm a fan of Champs, granted I live really close so it is a super convenient place to grab a beer after a long day. That being said, I don't come here for nightlife and I would go elsewhere for dinner on a Friday or Saturday night. It's a great place for happy hour or a low key Sunday dinner when you don't feel like cooking.

The food here is wonderful; I had a wonderful salmon plate for lunch recently, and it was terrific.

The sound system was recently upgraded, making this a great place to watch college football on Saturdays and NFL football on Sundays. The drinks were solid and very potent.

I'll definitely be back the next time I visit Tucson.

I stopped in yesterday since I was in the neighborhood and I had a very good experience. My waitress was friendly, my drinks were made well, and my burger and fries were hot and tasty. No complaints here. :)

The food is great and the drinks are cold with a Sports viewing experience unmatched this close to campus. Dirtbags never figured out that Wildcats expect Plasmas and Arizona sporting events full volume these days. Championships is crushing it and good for them, the out of state students from big cities expect this environment as the nation embraces HD Television. I went to the bathroom and I didnt miss a second of the Cats game with volume in the mensroom and a television at the urinal. Talk about happy? I was very happy. I plan to keep this place in business, tell your friends.
